I’m Anna Aparina and I help immigrant and multicultural women navigate life’s biggest transitions — from divorce, to rediscovering who they are, to stepping confidently into dating and meaningful relationships.

I’ve been where you are. I rebuilt my life while raising my children, working full-time, and trying to figure out where to go next. I know how overwhelming it can feel to start over when there’s no roadmap and no one to guide you.

Today I combine my personal journey, formal education and professional expertise to support women through every stage of their healing and transformation.
