You Don’t Have to Do It Alone
Hi, I’m Anna Aparina, Founder of Flashlight Coaching
My journey began in a place many of my clients know well — navigating divorce, raising children, and working full-time while trying to figure out what comes next.
During that time, I experienced considerable personal uncertainty, managing decisions around housing, finances, custody arrangement, and mental health while rebuilding my life. I didn’t know where to start, what direction to take, or how to move forward — and I deeply wished for someone who could guide me through it.
As I worked through my own transition, I realized how many immigrant and multicultural women were quietly struggling with the same challenges: figuring out their next chapter, cultural pressure, emotional overwhelm, and the fear of starting over without a support system.
That moment became my turning point.
I returned to school and earned my Master’s in Psychology, and I’m currently completing my Master’s in Counseling to deepen my understanding of emotional healing, relationship patterns, and life transitions.
I also hold an MBA, which strengthens my ability to guide women through the practical and strategic aspects of rebuilding — including finances, decision-making, and planning their next chapter.
Along the way, I became certified as a Divorce Coach, Life Coach, and Transition & Recovery Coach, giving me the tools to support women through every stage of their transformation.
But more important than any degree is that I’ve lived it. I’ve walked through every path. And now, I enjoy a life where I can have it all — joy, stability, financial independence, and a version of myself that I’m truly proud of.
Today, I Help Immigrant and Multicultural Women to:
Navigate divorce and major life transitions
Rediscover their identity, passions, and sense of self
